Molly, The second assignment you did shows your creativity in designs. As I take a closer look, I do see the face that you created in it (I couldn't see it the first time since I was looking upside-down). I know how you said you were experimenting, and I like how you did it. Maybe though, adding a bit more colour to the lollipop wrappers who express it more (?). Just a suggestion. Like it though!
i enjoy looking at your first assignment a lot. to me i interpret it as hope and opportunity. the light shining threw it makes it look strong and powerful. nice work :)
second art piece is great inspiration ! because candy bark with drawing makes me feel that is molly's art ! and i enjoy see your art anytime :) and i think (first one)pencil drawing is most important to improve art skill and also makes me feel want to see face who belong to that hand haha :)
I like the first one the most. The way you used pencil is quite good, the lines are straight and the shading is nice. I also like this one because it creates for me the feeling that I'm reaching something really far, nearly unreachable. Good job!
